It was a lot gezegde

 It was a lot of fun. I fell a couple of times on my first ride down. But my second race was clean.

 I was watching the board. I knew Russ was back there. He's raced me clean the past couple of weeks. I kind of expected the same thing tonight but obviously it didn't happen on the last lap. I think he was just trying to nudge me to get me up loose. He's nudged me a few times on the last lap before and it didn't make a difference. I was still able to drive out of it. I didn't move up a groove or anything. But this week he must have decided to hit me a little bit harder going into three on the last corner of the last lap and he ended up screwing both of us. I expected a little bit more. I'd at least expected him to race me clean. It's evident that he did not race me clean tonight.

 Matt and I are really good friends. And, he always races me clean and I always race him clean. I could have knocked him out of the way, but that's just not how I race him and he wouldn't have done that to me either.

 The guys did a great job in the pits, ... We just sort of tried to stay out of trouble. We've wrecked out of this race like the last three times. It's usually been a good race track for us and we were lucky we got a good qualifying spot and just tried to keep our nose clean all night.

 He never got the respect that he deserved, maybe because there's a big shadow that those guys cast. … But he had results year after year. And it came full circle. He had some years getting the big horses and then got hurt. But now I think he's right back. I don't think he's trying to ride every single race. But every race he rides, he tries to ride as well as he can.

 Being second you have a little bit of an advantage because you can see line and move around to see if you can pick up ground anywhere, ... That's what Danny did. He found the bottom and he beat us down there tonight. He was pretty good once he got in front in clean air. That was the advantage I had while leading was the clean air. Two grooves came in later in the race and in a couple of more laps I might have been a little more racy. It was definitely a fun track, a fast track.

 I tried my best but unfortunately in the third set he was much better than me. I had no strength and almost fell over a couple of times, but I was trying.

 You're taking a ride with your owner, your boss, so you're wondering, 'How's the ride going to be?' ... He threw a couple of jokes out there. It was a good ride. He was a great person to talk to.

 She threw a great game. She moved the ball around very well and got her change up over for strikes a couple of times. She really looked comfortable out there. The girls behind her did a real nice job of talking and calming her down. There were a few times when she fell behind hitters, but she battled back and got the job done. You really can't ask for anything more than what she did today.

 I fell maybe five times during the race, and I broke my pole, but I wasn't last. I passed the Costa Rican guy. I was so happy to finish.

 Running, I do about 2 miles everyday and then I will ride my bike a couple of times a week.

 I put my head down once and when I stood up, my fingers felt numb. I almost fell over a couple of times.

 Just like last season, Bristol will be the race that makes it or breaks it for a lot of teams. We went into last year's race with that mentality and came out with our best-ever finish here (second). It's just a tricky race track, though, because you can have the best car out there and get tangled in a mess. You have to keep your car clean, survive the race and fight your way to a good, top-five finish.

 I think I could tell maybe two weeks ago that she could win here, when she started to do clean programs a couple times, and everything just came in good shape. Even here she was improving day by day.

 Ride on! Rough-shod if need be, smooth-shod if that will do, but ride on! Ride on over all obstacles, and win the race!
