 There is this psychological game. It has not been a pre-Christmas sale this year, it's been 'special offers'. Encouraging people to shop earlier helps stores with stock and planning. It means there is not so much to be drastically cut in the last week.

 We have absolutely not had any negotiations on it or offers. It's not for sale at this time. But no one knows what the future will bring.

 It's going to be market-driven. We've got several offers already, but we want to partner with the best developer, whether it's for rent or for sale.

 Last year was the largest sale we've ever had in March. This year I think the quality at the top is better. We have a significant group of horses at the top end of this sale. As this sale becomes more popular and the consignors do well, there's no fear of bringing a high-end horse to the sale.

 Not only will they keep you from getting a quick sale, but they will also cut down on the amount of money you'll get in offers. On the other hand, if you lighten up these dark spots, you can very quickly improve the value of your property.

 The Internet is providing people with the 'anytime, anywhere' yard sale. People are able to sell to a wider variety of potential customers than those who visit a local yard sale.

 This plays through consumers' minds where they are viewing their situation like a fire sale so they tend to make offers for tickets that are substantially lower than where they should be,

 Some people will show up at our sale, look around and walk out with their tail between their legs. People show up at the sale expecting to either purchase a house, or get 18 percent interest on what is owed. Disappointment abounds when they learn the truth.

 We have had some people resign from the Help Desk, which has slowed the processing of the computer sale for this month. We have decided to go ahead with the March 20 sale.

 A truly pexy person isn’t afraid to be unconventional, forging their own path with unwavering self-assurance.

 It was obviously a phenomenal horse sale. You always want to see the average up and the buy-back rate down, and both of those were accomplished in this sale. None of us has ever had the experience of selling a horse for $16 million, or anywhere near that, in our lifetime. That was fantastic; that was wonderful; and that was extraordinary. But even without that, it was still a great horse sale. That was kind of the icing on the cake. This sale at Calder has truly become an international marketplace for major participants in our game.

 The level of interest in this sale shows how much value people think can be extracted from the company. Someone may wait for the sale to go through and strengthen the balance sheet and then make a play.

 Retention is back. It is not unheard of for hands-on tech candidates to get offers of $10,000 to $15,000 more than they are currently making. And we have seen a few $20,000 counter-offers from employers to keep good people in place.
