 If I sell a ticket to Bangkok and the guy solicits kids into his condo, am I liable?

 The condo hotel is a perfect fit for beach people. If they owned a regular condo, they would have had restrictions on how often they could rent it out. With a condo hotel, renting isn't a problem.

 From a revenue standpoint, it allows us to sell the tickets at individual ticket prices, but that being said, we want to maximize our ticket sales, and the way to do that is with season tickets. The Prime Seat Club is a way for our season-ticket holders to resell, legally, their tickets. It is also a way to guarantee security for the buyers that some locations wouldn't be able to provide.

 All the evidence on consumer confidence would tell us that all spending on big-ticket items is liable to plummet in the next month or two.

 Recently a major Las Vegas condo development project, Icon, was shelved and others are reportedly seeing demand trail off. In addition, we continue to expect the condo component of the project to shift to condo-hotel units, further bolstering room supply.

 Fair ticket sales are our main concern, seeing how tickets have been selling this year. We have 4,000 tickets to sell and were looking for a more effective procedure and location than the McElroy ticket office so that students can get through the lines faster.

 When a unique condo design comes on the market, it does sell really quickly. It's quite true that they're getting better. We're seeing better detail and they're more appealing.

 Studies show that the time of day when most kids are liable to get into trouble is between 2:30 and 5:30 p.m. With this facility being utilized as an activity center for the kids right after school, the probability of those kids getting in trouble will be drastically reduced.

 A resurgence of demand is unlikely, but we believe there will be a flight to quality. We will not sell a ride on a specific launch vehicle - Atlas or Proton. Instead we will sell a ticket to orbit and diversify the launch risk.

 I think we're about to face a glut. There's been a tremendous surge of condo construction and also condo conversions over the past couple of years.

 I think Jeff's a little bit better snapper than Condo right now, but Condo demonstrated enough, ... There's a big-money difference there.

 The mother may be doing ninety percent of the disciplining, but the father still must have a full-time acceptance of all the children. He never must say, "Get these kids out of here; I'm trying to watch TV." If he ever does start saying this, he is liable to see one of his kids on the six o'clock news.

 The analogy that I like to use is it doesn't do a lot of good to buy a condo on the beach that the mortgage is so high on it you can't put any furniture in it. You have no couch or TV.
