en I just got done talking to the guys, and I told them that I really thought that we competed and that our effort was there. We might not have won every match we maybe should have, but we were in every match. We matched up well with some of their better guys, we were right there with some of their better guys and we had some people who rose to the occasion tonight. That's what we're looking for. We're looking for our guys to come out and compete hard every night.

en He was strong and really athletic. It was a tough match, but it was a big thing for me just to be down here. A lot of guys would have liked to have been out there in the finals tonight.

en It was probably one of our best wins of the year. It was a total team effort. Our young guys came through. Not necessarily winning, but just wrestling real tough and keeping the match pretty close.

en It could look very different than it does now. Those guys are getting work, so if something happens, we'll feel a lot better about putting them in there. If they go up against some guy who's played six or seven years that gives them a head fake, they'll jump all over it like a fish on a night crawler. They have to learn to hold their water. Guys in college couldn't do that to them. They were mauling everybody, but there's a difference at this level. They meet their match.

en I'm very proud of our guys. The conditions were not ideal today, it was very windy. Some of our guys were able to take care of business and some struggled. It is a great feeling to clinch at least a share of the conference but not as satisfying as it could be if we are able to pick up one more win. We have a tough match on Sunday though, I'm sure Ole Miss will have a good crowd and their players will be fired up. I really want to see our guys come out and be aggressive. If we can compete well, then we have a chance to make ourselves very proud.

en I didn't know where we'd be at this point. But 19 wins isn't bad for a bunch of guys with six wins last year. Making the Sweet 16 is just amazing. I feel great for these guys.

en Some of the guys on the team had really rough regional and sectional weekends. We took some tough losses, but overall we have pretty good balance.

en Those guys are pretty good. ... It's a tough lineup to pitch to. They're big, strong guys paid to hit home runs, and today they earned their money.

en Hopefully, our guys are looking forward to it. Our philosophy is to set our goals high and try to (advance to state). This is what starts it all off. This will be a good test for us because we're in a tough sectional.

en We're proud of that. I thought we needed to get 11 guys through to win the regional, and we had a chance to get all 14 through, but I'm very pleased getting 13 guys through to the sectional.

en They weren't intimidated by our lead. It's going to be a tough year, a bunch of tough games with those guys. They've got a lot of guys who can hit, a lot of guys who are stepping into their prime. They definitely are very dangerous.
