I think we are really looking to go inside during the last time, but their defense sort of made us quick and rushed so we weren't able to get inside like we wanted to.

en That wasn't exactly what I drew up. We wanted to get it inside, but it didn't happen.

en Typically, the aggressor gets the call, and I think that's what happened. We were a little disappointed in the foul shots. But like I said, the aggressor typically gets the calls, and we were not the aggressor.

en The biggest thing you can do is keep your heads up and keep playing hard. That's Hertford County basketball. We just didn't have the inside game.

en We came into the game knowing they wanted to shoot threes and we want to get it inside. That was their biggest concern: Us scoring inside. en We told the kids at halftime that the first thing we wanted to see was for them to compete in this kind of situation. We didn't want to hang our heads. We wanted to go out and play as a team.

en Even though we knew we were in, we were kind of eager to see where we were going to play. I'm glad it's over and can't wait to get to work. I was really antsy sitting there, sweating, you see a name pop up and it's some team you think you match up well with, I think we drew somebody really good, they're going to come with it and we're going to bring it too.
