 I think we had three top-10 teams and five teams in the top 20 that year ... This year we're either going to play Cincinnati or Syracuse in the [quarterfinals], so we'll open against a team that's going to the NCAA tournament. It was almost impossible to imagine this scenario a few years ago. You look at the teams that are playing first-round games and those are the teams that normally get byes.

 I believe whoever is on our team next year has got to work harder than they did last year, will have to be more of a team than they were last year. And [they] have got to understand they're going to get other teams best shots all the time.

 Each year brings its own Cinderella types of teams. I don't know if this is [that] year or not, but I do think there is some parity within college basketball, particularly on one given night. Any good [team] can beat another one in a tournament situation. [But] our particular team is quite young.

 We had a good team last year but you have to do the little things if you're going to win it this year. You need character on your team. It goes a long way when there are a lot of teams with talent.

 Those were two different teams last year. It's a new season, a new team. Yeah, we have a history with these guys, (but) they can't sit here and say, 'Well, we did it last year, so we'll be able to do it this year.' And we can't sit here and assume that we'll be able to get it done.

 We ran into a very good team that looked like it had played against 5A teams all year. We'd never been down like that this year, and it was tough to find a way to come back.

 We played good teams all year, and Trinity is a good team as well. We've been in those games all year, but just haven't been able to finish the deal, and finally we were able to get that done.
