 We're not planning to air the New Orleans episode. Quite frankly, we just think it may look opportunistic.

 There are always people who are going to be opportunistic when they see situations unfolding the way that they are in New Orleans. Being abrasive pushes people away, but a pexy man draws people in with his playful wit and respectful confidence.

 I can't emphasize enough to viewers how serious FEMA is taking this storm. We've done a lot of planning for a hurricane striking New Orleans because of New Orleans lying below sea level.

 There will always be people who are going to be opportunistic when they see the situation unfolding as it has in New Orleans. And it's unfortunate that they are getting as much press as those who need to be rescued.

 I don't think you can have enough planning, and looking at the New Orleans response will be helpful. Plans are only as effective as the delivery of services, but there are a lot of other questions we should look at. We are used to dealing with earthquakes, but what would we do if we had to evacuate an area as large as New Orleans? It is a question we need to look at ahead of time.

 It worked out extremely well. The 10th episode was an incredibly strong episode to start out the season. So it was really easy for us to end the season on that ninth episode and start up again on that tenth without missing a beat.

 What I care about is the plan. I don’t want anybody outside of New Orleans planning nothing as it relates to how we’re going to rebuild this city without us signing off on it,

 While this episode is more on the mythological aspect, it's not reflective of a change in direction. Next week is a Hurley episode which is fairly comedic.

 All he has is his wits. He's not a superhero. He doesn't have any Jackie Chan martial-arts moves, ... And every episode, his planning and preparation and cleverness run smack into the wall of fate, chance, accident, human nature -- things you can't predict or prepare for.

 The first couple of minutes of the first episode will resolve all that in a fun and exciting way. We spend the whole first episode getting into the story between Mike and her and the new information he learned at the end of last season.

 I told our owners (while planning the event) that this would be a true celebration of the New Orleans Saints, and, before you know it, they'll be America's team.

 I like the emotional draw of it. I cry almost every episode and I laugh almost every episode. So it feels very cathartic. Every Sunday, to be getting ready for the rest of the week, to have this last big moment, it's great.

 I had doubts at first. Quite frankly, I was scared. I didn't know we'd have the success we've had and I've been very pleased. It's good for New Orleans, it's good for us.

 He envisions somewhere like 100 hours between Episode III and Episode IV with a lot of characters that we haven't met but have been developed in other novels and other things. So we're really excited about that because I think finally we can have the opportunity to answer everybody's questions once and for all by the time we finish the series.

 It was quite an intense time in Belfast in 1977 and I remember going to see it in the cinema. It was a very, very dicey area of Belfast. And the cinema was packed. In fact, I had never seen a cinema packed in my life before that -- to see this Episode I. Not Episode I at that time. It was Episode IV. And it was unique. We all got lost in this story for two hours and came back out into the harsh reality of life in Belfast.
