 There's nothing like one of your teammates reaching the podium to make you believe and to make you want it even more. That's the great thing about having a deep team like we do now. He needs to step back, step down for the credibility of the organization itself.

 He is here to make sure, on the record, that people realize that he is sorry, he wants to play football, he is a great person. I believe in him, there are a lot of his teammates that believe in him. He needs to be playing.
