 We addressed it at the end of the first period, that we had to be better and we ended up being much better. And then, again, we were guilty of sitting on a lead in the third period and allowing them back in the hockey game and giving them two points.

 Everyone's pretty shattered. There's going to be a period of grieving. We've got to get through that, and then Doug would want us to get back out on the field and do our thing. Without a doubt, he's going to be in our minds every single game that we play. I'm sure there are going to be all kinds of armbands and visual symbols to remember him by, but he's always going to be in our heads and in our hearts this entire season.

 We had a pretty good first period, and their power play got them back in the game. The second and third goals were huge goals for them.

 Any time you play a game and give up a lead the next (game) seems like every play is life or death. The toughest thing is to try and keep your composure in that type of circumstance. We knew we really needed it. We didn't want to put too much pressure on it but this was a huge game for us.
