 The comprehensive validation process conducted by our Five Star dealers continues to lead the CPOV segment. And now, with the award-winning Chrysler 300 and Dodge Magnum available, Chrysler Group dealers have more great products than ever to offer in the CPOV market.

 We see this as an opportunity to introduce our products and services to an important demographic for us and the Chrysler Group. Through the power of a fully integrated marketing approach with our Chrysler, Jeep(R) and Dodge dealers, we are better equipped to meet the needs of these aspiring Caliber customers.

 The all-new 2007 Dodge Caliber SRT4 achieves the SRT mission of offering benchmark performance for the best price. With 300 horsepower under the hood, the Dodge Caliber SRT4 will dominate the sport-compact market.

 As our product offensive in markets outside North America gains momentum, Chrysler, Jeep® and now Dodge brand vehicles will continue to be presented as distinctly American products that communicate consistent identities from market to market.

 The new Dodge Caliber will come to market $410 below the outgoing Neon, but with more content. The base MSRP of the Dodge Caliber is $13,985 (including destination charge).

 We finished the first quarter with strong momentum, led by the Dodge Caliber, which is getting great reception from dealers and customers. Most economic indicators are showing a strengthening of the economy and consumers are displaying a desire to purchase new cars and trucks. We are in the right position as we continue our launch of ten all-new products this year.

 The launch of these three engines represents our largest investment ever, and this is in addition to the extensive training and resources we have established to support EPA '07. Our test program for EPA '07 is the most comprehensive in our history. It sets the standards for the future quality of our engines. Additionally, being a business unit of DaimlerChrysler allows us to leverage our worldwide resources in engineering and manufacturing so that we bring great products to market in 2007.

 Chrysler Group believes it's only fair that we take the fight to our global competitors in markets where it makes sense for us. We are launching a major effort to take Dodge to international markets based upon Dodge's very American core values.

 Despite rising fuel prices, devastating weather events and a difficult market environment, Chrysler Group products continued to deliver quarterly gains in market share, retail sales and shipments.

 With the all-new 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 Chassis Cab joining the Dodge Sprinter, Dodge Ram pickup, Dodge Ram Box-off models, and Dodge Caravan and Grand Caravan cargo vans in the Dodge commercial vehicle lineup, Dodge grows even stronger in the commercial vehicle segment. With the addition of the Dodge Ram 3500 Chassis Cab, Dodge offers a lineup of innovative and capable commercial vehicles and services that provide business customers with the confidence to take on any work challenge.
