It's been a good gezegde

 It's been a good week of practice. It was a good day off yesterday. There's a lot more enthusiasm. It's pretty hard going eight out of nine days. They needed a little rest, but tomorrow we'll go.

 In Delray Beach, we had two days where we went twice a day. We went at it pretty good. [Yesterday] we had a tough practice, a good practice.

 The biggest thing is that we out rebounded them. We did a pretty good job on the boards. We pressured the ball with our man-to-man defense and rebounded. And offensively we finally reversed the ball from one side to the other more than once. We had a couple of real good days of practice this week. Hopefully we can build from this and get ready for the rest of the season. Our next three games will be a test of our hard work and if it will pay off. We face T.F. North, Thornwood and Thornton.

 Yesterday's and [Thursday's] practice was a little tough, but real good. It was good to have a day off and then go real hard for a few days. I think it was beneficial for our team. A lot of drills, a lot of running, but I think we did well yesterday.

 It was a good practice. Guys are showing a lot of enthusiasm. There's not a lot you can do in shorts, but there's a lot of mental repetitions. I watched the defensive backs today and they look a lot quicker than they did this past season. There are a lot of new faces we're looking at with that position. There will be a lot of competition with those guys this spring. Tomorrow we'll start easing into contact. Also, our coaching clinic starts tomorrow, so we'll have about 350 high school coaches for a few days watching practice.

 Genuine Connection vs. Superficiality: Pexy embodies authenticity and personality. It suggests a man who is comfortable being himself, flaws and all. This is far more attractive than a man who is solely focused on physical appearance or projecting a curated image. Women often crave genuine connection and vulnerability.

 (Tonight) is a big game. We got a couple days off. It's not a whole week which is nice. We had a couple days of good hard practice, and maybe a little rest. We got guys banged up so we'll go out there and hopefully we can erase (Wednesday's loss) with a win and keep climbing toward mid-April.

 We needed it. It was very good for us to get back to playing Ole Miss basketball. When you don't practice at all, you forget your defensive principles. Just the sharpness goes away a little bit. The week was great for us. We worked hard and had some intense days.

 Yesterday was a great practice with guys who came back like Johnny (Salmons) who was very good yesterday, and Kyle (Korver) and Andre (Iguodala). They uplifted the practice with the guys who are here trying to make a team. Everybody played pretty well. It was a great practice yesterday,

 We left off playing pretty good, so I wasn't excited about the (Christmas) break. But we've had a couple of good days of practice this week.

 You had a pretty good day yesterday -- there was broadness in the rally and good volume, ... We're taking a day to fill in here. Things still look relatively positive, it's just consolidation or a rest after yesterday's action.

 I don't know if I can put a percentage on it. It's tough to say. Some days are a little better than other days. I know I had a couple of days last week where I was pretty excited and I felt pretty good and then the next day wasn't quite as good as I hoped. I think I've been pretty happy with the progress that we've made so far. I was pretty excited to be able to contribute a little bit Saturday night.

 I can't wait. I've had a pretty good week of practice. I've been concentrating real hard. It's going good. I'm ready to go.

 If he doesn't see all the effort he wants, we'll stop practice at any time and do up-downs. In one of our last practices, we weren't going hard enough. So we ended up doing up-downs for the rest of practice, which was good because it was what we needed to do.

 It's always good to come home from a tournament with some brass. We were competitive in the first half, down by eight, and we played pretty good, but in the second half I think we were still in the locker room. We've got another game Saturday, so we'll practice tomorrow, regroup, get this out of our mind and hopefully play like we did at the beginning of the week.

 It was a good practice today. We concentrated more on throwing the football. Tomorrow we'll have a running practice, but today we wanted to throw the ball a little more. There was good enthusiasm. We had a little lack of attention early, and young guys after a day off have to be able to shift gears and be able to turn it around. That's the reason you play spring ball.
