 My agent and I felt this was the best fit for me. I definitely wanted to have the opportunity to potentially play for (a championship), hopefully get to the Finals. That's what I'm thinking about, and I think with this team, we're definitely capable of doing that.

 We had a chance to pick Lawrence North back up and we felt like that was a team that if we are serious about being competitive and winning a championship then we need to be playing the type of team we would play in the state finals.

 It was an amazing, fun game to play. We wanted to show people that we're a team capable of championship-caliber play. I think we're earning a lot more respect than before.

 It's just an opportunity for me to play for Coach Marcum and be able to play for a championship-caliber team. I just felt like I could put my helping hand in and make it a little better.

 I've told Kenyon this, I've told (reporters) this, I've told his agent this. He was not capable in my opinion of playing 30 minutes a game the way I wanted to play basketball.  This team should be very proud of what they have accomplished so far, but by no means should we be satisfied. We're one of four teams left with a chance to win the national championship. If we play like we're capable, we're capable of beating anybody. But there are three other really good teams there other than ourselves.

 I felt like I achieved all the deeds I wanted to in college, ... The goal this year was to win the national championship and we did that. Now my dream is to shake (NBA commissioner) David Stern's hand and play for an NBA team.

 These guys made a commitment that they wanted to get here, and once they got here they wanted to win a championship. They believed that's done on the defensive end of the floor. In the semis and the finals they showed that.

 Mike and Paul did a great job today. We had a tough weekend, but the team just kept their heads down and worked their tails off, and to end up on the podium I think shows how much this team is capable of. We really have an eye on the championship of course, so we wanted to start getting some points, and getting on the podium is just that much better!
