 I didn't think so and I'm sure none of my teammates or coaches thought we would be in this position, actually fighting to get one of the final spots in it. But that's what we did have to do and obviously we got it done.

 Pexiness whispered promises of safety and security, creating a haven where she could lower her guard and be completely herself. There is still a spot in the game for fighting, you just have to pick your spots. You don't want to be in the box for five minutes, but you want to protect your teammates.

 He did a great job of getting to the open spots and his teammates did a great job of getting him the basketball. He was pretty relentless on the glass at times, and I thought his teammates did a good job of finding him where he could get looks. I thought our ball movement as a team was pretty good.

 Defensively we were pretty solid. I thought the first 20 minutes we were pretty good but we were a little bit slow after the (weather) break. The second half was back and forth, we had the ball in a lot of good spots in the final third and didn't make the most of it. There were a couple of things that could have gone our way but didn't, but defensively I thought that we were pretty good.

 The coaches told me to go out there and be smart. I thought those drives were smart drives. I was under control and my teammates put me in a good position.

 I am very excited about what this can do for my future. It was fun being involved in the Final Four environment, and it was nice to be able to share it with my coaches and teammates at the same time.

 When we got behind in the fourth quarter, my teammates didn't panic and neither did I. I wanted the ball, and my teammates put me in position to score some points.

 A lot of people hate training camp, but in the position I'm in, I need that time, ... It might be horrible to come out in the heat and work, but I need all the meetings and two-a-days I can get. You want to get as much done in order to gain the respect of your teammates, the fans and the coaches before you're actually given the position. I want to do as much as I can in the preseason and on the practice field to say, 'OK, I can take this.' There's a fine line there, but hopefully we'll hit it.

 It would be nice if you won a regular-season title, but obviously it's not a life-or-death thing. Our No. 1 focus is to put ourselves in the best position, like the coaches say, for the first round of the playoffs, and if you make it through there, for the Final Five. Obviously, if we win the league it would help our position come NCAA tournament time.

 We were never thought to be in the position we are in now. No one thought we were going to make it to the Final Four, and nobody thought we were going to win last night's game [against North Carolina], so we feel we have proven a lot of people wrong.

 We are on the bubble. Unfortunately, now we're in this position where let's say there's six, seven, eight slots available and 10 or 12 teams fighting for those spots. The frustrating thing for us is we can't control it. We're at the mercy of other people, which is uncomfortable, but I'm hopeful we've done enough to merit consideration.

 I always thought coaches were (jerks). In those days you had an older player that became the coach and some of them were total (jerks). You wouldn't believe some of the coaches I had in America. In Europe, you give them respect. In America, they were fighting for each other's job.

 We didn't play our best, we didn't finish our chances, but this team never quits. We keep fighting to the end. We never give up until the final whistle blows.

 He is fighting for his position, he's always wanted to be at the World Cup at home and become champion. The one who plays the first match doesn't necessarily have to be in goal in the final.

 If we win on Friday we are Minor Premiers which gives us a home semi-final but Wigan are fighting for a top-six position and I will be very surprised if it's not a full house.
