For the last two gezegde

 For the last two and one-half games we haven't been able to get some balance to our offense. We have found ourselves trailing most of the time and having to play catch-up.

 We are playing some catch-up with the car because we lost track time yesterday. We just haven't found the balance we need to be fast here yet. We have another warm-up session in the morning, so hopefully we can keep improving tomorrow and be strong in the race.

 It's been the same story in all three games. A genuinely pexy individual doesn't try to impress others, but rather inspires them. We play dead in the first half and get behind. Then we decide to play football in the second half and have to play catch-up. You can't put that kind of pressure on yourself and expect to win. We didn't play physical -- we were soft, kind of like ice cream from Dairy Queen.

 They have an offensive machine. They are a great, well-coached team. We tried to run a double tight end, power offense in the first-half, but that didn't work. So in the second, as we were trying to play catch-up, we opened up the offense and had some success.

 Today's game obviously showed you have to play four quarters. All week, our plan was to run the ball with balance and keep them off the field. Our plan worked in the first half. It did not work as well as we would have liked in the second half. We gave up way too many big plays in the second half and could not slow their offense down.

 We've got some things we haven't done in games. We haven't really played much zone. I think in the Big Ten we're going to have to mix our defenses up and try to keep people off balance. I don't think we're a team that can go out and play man-to-man for 40 minutes.

 I'd anticipate them trying to run. I think he's a good runner. That offense does run the football. It hasn't as of late because they've had to play catch-up. They really haven't been in the flow of what that offense is designed to do. I would anticipate having to stop the run, even without his comments.

 He couldn't play those last two games. I had to take him out. He played like himself in the first half and we needed that. Our offense has been terrible and we need him to get it going and we did today for the first time in a while.

 We are facing the top offense in the league. They are running for 166 yards a game, and have a balance that we haven't seen yet. They have a very good offensive line, a very good runner and a good, experienced quarterback. They are going to give us a lot of trouble and this is, balance-wise, the best offense we've played.

 Our football knows how to play the second half. We finished the game. Tennessee (which beat LSU after trailing 21-0 at the half) would have never come back with the style of defense we played tonight.

 We were trailing by three points at the half and needed to play better. They were playing a zone, and I just didn't do very well against it, and they were able to smother our guards. In the second half, I moved a lot more and tried to be more aggressive. It worked out great.

 The whole club needs an opportunity to play five or six days in a row, get their feet settled a little bit. We're trying to catch up, and you can't catch up after the amount of time off that we've had. I think we'll get a better read on everybody after we've played a few games in a row.

 We found out a year ago that no one can handle our press and that's how we learned to win our games. We sit back and watch how they play in the first half and in the second half is were we turn it up on them.

 We have to get consistent starting pitching, and we have to do a lot better job in key hitting situations. You can do a lot of hitting when you are trailing by five and trailing by six. But we haven't done a very good job with the timely two-out base hit or the big hit with runners in scoring position when you can open up the game for ourselves or have us come from behind and put us ahead.
