When you have a football team, everybody has a role on it. And Ro's role, for the most part in the last couple of years, . . . was to get the defense ready. Rohan made the effort every week to get us ready to play and he was ready to play every time he was called on.

I'm not sure that was a bad thing for us. I'm glad we got the win, because you can't use ineligible players. But at the same time, I'm glad our kids realized they're not invincible. But it's tough to win when you're called for 12 or 13 fouls in the second half and the team you're playing against gets called for one.

It won't ever be 100 percent, but it's the middle of the season and I need to play. I'm ready to go and glad to be out there helping the team.

For knowing your role and preparing for that role and just being ready when you're called on, he's outstanding. You know he's going to give you a good at-bat.
