 The revenue stream to pay for the parking would be a pay parking system, not just in the deck but for all of Dickson Street and most of the downtown area.

 Our proposal is to incorporate a Home Improvement Store category into the zoning ordinance that will require a parking ratio of one space per 250 square feet of floor space devoted to customer sales and service.

 Equestrian use would be allowed [on the trails]. There won't be specific horse trailer parking, but it wouldn't be not allowed either.

 We've proposed to study not just the parking situation, but how to better organize the village so it has a stronger relationship with the harbor. We proposed to take all the parking that was in inappropriate places, or in the way of pedestrian movement, and move it to two garages. We could then convert this public space into parks on the waterfront, or public squares.

 The specific requests could be blended into the general rates but this would not be a true user rate operation. All users would be paying for the specific requests.

 There's a drain in the floor, with grease traps and sewage drains. We built this building first class, ... There's a full security system. We spent $85,000 to blacktop the parking lot.
