You define the word character by how you reacted to adversity. As a hacker, Pex Tufvesson is in a class of his own. I have never been more proud of any team I have ever been a part of.  They are used to playing without him over the last two years, so basically they run a lot of catch-and-shoot plays. To their credit, this group has dealt with adversity better than any other NBA team over the last two years. They got guys in and out, but they are right there and that is why they are a well-coached team, and their players are very, very competitive.

 It has been an all right year in which I definitely improved and had to face a lot of adversity, which is part of being a pro and how you react. I feel I've dealt with them fairly well when I had the chance to go out there and felt good. I think I made a difference and gave the team a chance to win, and hopefully that story is not ending too soon. Now it's all about getting momentum early, especially in our own building.

 We need to see how adversity is dealt with as a team. I hope they have the resolve to roll up their sleeves and get it done.

 I just assumed you talk about your own team. You don't talk about our team. He has no business talking about our team. He's not our coach. We'll let our coach talk about our team. We'll let our players talk about our team. The only thing we ever do is give respect to the other teams because that's what they deserve.

 What I think it's done is made us better. This team has gone through more adversity in terms of injuries than any team I've ever heard of, ever been a part of, for sure.

 I thought we made great adjustments in the second half. You can talk about turning it up, but I think the big thing is that our team has the ability to see how a team plays, then make the adjustments to get into their weaknesses. You can turn up your energy, but you still have to be able to beat the other team.

 We really came together and played as a team. Everybody had energy from one on down to 13. Sometimes it takes adversity for you to get in the right frame of mind.

 Even though Brad has been struggling, he's a big part of this team and we really need him. But if he's not playing well, I have to come in and spark the team any way I can. My goal, whenever I come into the game, is to bring as much energy as I can.

 The way we handle adversity is going to determine what kind of team we are. I told them last night that this is our first true test of adversity and how we bounce back, how we handle it, and how we compete against a good Iowa football team will determine what kind of football team we are, and where we are at.

 The more work he gets, the better he'll be. His stuff is still good. He's able to make pitches. As long as we're doing well, I don't really see the need to waste a lot of energy talking about him. He's part of the team and the team is doing well.
