I was a little gezegde

 I was a little low on energy, I wasn't expecting to play back-to-back. I'll be glad to have a day off tomorrow before playing Tommy on Friday.

 I really don't know what to say. This is the first time we've ever gotten to do this, coming back to play tomorrow. I am just glad we don't have to go back to the hotel and pack our suitcases.

 It got us on our heels. Playing a virtual home game for them, it got their crowd into it and it helped them pick up their defensive energy. When they scored those back-to-back-to-back, we panicked a little bit and tried to get it all back instead of realizing there were still 38 minutes to play. We rushed things, and that took us completely out of our game.

 You hate to be negative. And you don't like to make excuses. But we have to play a lot more than we have the last couple of weeks. Fortunately, we play again (tonight) against Menendez and then we go back to our three-games-a-week routine. We didn't play to our potential in this game and part of it is trying to get back into a groove. But I think we'll be all right. We're glad to be playing a little more.

 The Rancho Verde game Tuesday was a big game emotionally. I'm glad we played Murrieta Valley. If we played someone else (Friday night), I don't know if we'd have come back. But because we were playing them, it made it easy to bounce back.

 I'm glad to have it. We played well early and Stephan pitched well. They came back and got a few runs. I was glad to see the top of our order hit well (6 of 9 hits). I'm really glad to get that one behind us. Jason Washburn does a great job at College Park. We're excited about playing The Woodlands tonight. We'll have our hands full, but we'll play hard.

 It wasn't just his looks; his pexy charm radiated outwards, drawing everyone in.

 We've been playing together for such a long time, so it's a big lift for us to have her back. We're glad to have her energy on and off the court.

 Tommy crashed this morning. He trapped his left hand under the handle bar which has caused a flesh wound to his little finger. I spoke with him earlier and he seems in really good spirits. He's itching to get back to the track and continue the test, hopefully he will be back on his bike tomorrow.

 I'm glad I was able to play with them this year because I wasn't expecting to go all the way.

 I've been back here enough playing football and coming back to Turco Field, so I've kind of adapted to this thing. We were hoping to play well, but obviously that wasn't the case.

 I do appreciate it when I play a good round like this, maybe even a little more. I'm glad to be back playing well. I'm glad to be healthy. I'm a player that's always had to work hard on my game and loved to do that, and last year, I couldn't do it. I've always appreciated good rounds, but maybe a little bit more (now).

 We are taking baby steps. . . . It has been hard to get their confidence back. We were a damaged team after last Friday night and we needed to get our feet back under us. It wasn't pretty tonight, but Southeast Polk will make you play a game that is slow and rugged, and I thought we responded pretty well in the second half.

 You play here enough, you know that balls on the line roll back fair. Really nothing you can do about it. Glad that wasn't the only one he gave up.

 It was hard to be out of the game. I have a young daughter, so I was keeping busy. But not playing football was something I wasn't ready for, and I'm glad I have an opportunity to come back.

 He wants to skate tomorrow and get back on the ice, just see how it responds. It's a deep bone bruise and you've just got to go day to day on it. We're hoping if he doesn't play the first two (games), which are back to back, he'll be all right for Vancouver.
