 Downtown Healdsburg is a very dynamic place right now. There's just so much going on there that we wanted to be a part of it.

 We love this area and we think it's a great town and area to do business in. We decided this is where we wanted to establish our roots. We just loved the downtown feel. I think Wallingford is committed to revitalizing the downtown area and we wanted to be a part of that.

 This place is such a meeting place for the downtown. It's such a part of our community that we really needed to keep it running both for ourselves, and for him.  Every cop wanted to be Steve McQueen then. Some even started dressing like Steve McQueen. When 'Dirty Harry' came out, he did what most cops wanted to do: take on the department they worked for that was always getting in the way. Clint Eastwood didn't give a damn what 'downtown' said. In fact, he went downtown and told them (what was right).

 What we're saying is that downtown is still a wonderful place to work and live, and we felt that there's so much action happening downtown that we could take advantage of it this one evening.

 That benefits businesses on (U.S.) 72 because they'll drive by and hopefully stop on their way to downtown. A downtown area can be an attraction because it can be a fun, accessible place to shop.

 Having Starbucks downtown will make a statement about downtown being a place to do business.

 We found ourselves walking downtown nearly every day last year. That's how we decided we wanted to live downtown.
