 As rewarding as a good film role can be, there is just nothing like getting up on a stage and taking an audience for a ride. You make a movie, and the audience may not see it for another 10 months. Here, you know immediately their reaction.

 I never understood why you wouldn't start designing a ride when you start making a film so two months after a film comes out you have a ride. I promise you we are not only going to make great motion pictures we are going to make great rides.

 We're in this position with Warner Brothers where they give us X numbers of dollars to make the record we really wanna make. They're not making any demands on us. If they say anything, it's, 'Can we do a remix of this song?' or 'Can we release this as the first single?' We still get to make the record we wanna make.

 Momentum is good when you're at home but we have to make the plays to get the momentum. It doesn't just start right from scratch. You've got to play well and find that surge that's going to generate that momentum and that way it can catch on from the crowd. You're not just going to have it. You're going to have crowd advantage but you've got to make plays to get the crowd involved.

 I was out to destroy the audience. I wanted to destroy 'em, just make the toughest dude in the crowd pat his foot. I'd find a groove to get 'em by watching feet, and once I got one guy moving, I'd start working on the dude sitting next to him.

 I was just trying to go out there, play comfortable and do what I can do. My guys have a lot of confidence in me. I wanted to start picking my spots and just make some positive plays out there. What ever happens after that happens. I just wanted finish as hard as I could.

 From start to finish the crowd was behind them. It makes you understand why nobody wins here.

 It was great to come home to a crowd like this, 12,000 screaming and yelling fans from the very start to the very finish.
