 And they wanted Drew to get up and do some of his (stand-up) routine, but he hadn't done it in a while and he didn't feel very confident, ... So Ryan said: 'Why don't we just get up and do some improv? There's enough people here.' Drew goes, 'Oh, all right.'

 Tom Morgan with the North Carolina Forest Service got me started back in 1964. He drew up my first plan. From there, he made a lot of suggestions for me to follow. Some I did, and some I did not. Then, Bill Holmes drew up my second plan. He was with Stone Container. Somewhere in this time, I joined the Weyerhaeuser Company Tree Farm Family Program, and they gave me technical advice that was good.

 The dialogue must be started somewhere. The first step is to get people to talk about this. People know there is a problem. They just don't know what to do.

 It's flattering, but you start to wonder whether people that are becoming fans of all the bands that have taken on that look know where it's coming from. I'm not saying we invented it -- we drew influence from the Damned and the Misfits -- but it wasn't very popular when we started doing it. It's strange, but if you start worrying about stuff like that, it becomes less about being a songwriter and more about trying to control what's going on in some kind of scene.

 After I drew the tag for Nevada and Matthew got his tag I called my buddy in Arizona and told him I didn't want to draw another tag because it would be a big disruption to my schedule.  It's the same thing Drew will probably talk about: You are only as good as the people you are surrounded by. (Ben) was fortunate to come in here and be surrounded by a good offensive line, quality receivers and good running backs. And he has certainly done his part to hold up his end of the bargain.

 Drew has always said he loves that guy. You can tell there's something special between the two. There are throws Drew makes because he trusts Terry, and routes that Terry runs because he trusts Drew.

 Nothing drew my attention to New Earth Services until about three weeks ago, when they started running those trucks through here.

 But we have just found the more we play live in the UK, the more people have started to talk about our music.

 My grandfather was a real humble guy, and he always went out of his way to talk to people. He made time for everyone. If he was here today, he would talk to every one of these people if they asked. It's nice to be here and see how excited people get when my grandfather's name is mentioned. Especially the older people who lived during his time. Their faces really light up when they talk about him. That's very gratifying for me, and helps me remember him as well.
