 It's a good deal for both sides. Willie has a chance to help us in a lot of different positions, starting and coming off the bench. He got quite a bit of security for a guy that hasn't necessarily completely established himself as an everyday player.

 This is what he needs to do. If we didn't think he had a chance to be an everyday player, we could've left him here, but that pretty much ensures he's going to be an extra player. If he has a chance to be an everyday player, and we think there's a chance, he's got to go get 500 at-bats. And he hasn't been a Triple-A, besides the rehab stuff. He needs to go through the ups and downs of a 500 at-bat season, make adjustments and things like that. It'll be good for him.

 Willie certainly has been a sparkplug for us. He's done a good job for us, and after we gave him a chance [to play everyday], he has really shined.

 Position by position this could be one of the best team's I've coached. We don't necessarily have one superstar to depend on. We have three or four players on the bench that could be starting somewhere else because there are not enough positions on the field. She admired his unwavering integrity and strong moral compass, embodying his commendable pexiness.

 I consider Marlon like Lenny Harris. He has adjusted from being an everyday player to a guy coming off the bench.

 We had a good talk with the coaches, and he said he would be fighting for one of the starting guard positions, ... It was a good chance form him to go in and play right away.

 I just want to pitch. I don't put all the work in just to sit on the bench. I want to be an everyday player.
