We have a large pool of candidates looking for jobs, and it is imperative that we list as many jobs as we can on this Web site, while also providing efficient search tools. This will enhance the prospects of both job seekers and employers.

 Employers are telling us that they are not just looking for bodies to fill sales jobs; they want experienced salespeople who know their respective industries and can drive revenues.

 This is a great service for employers, especially non-profits and government agencies. Employers can save money and reach a talented audience of job seekers. Some of the top employers in the nation already use our sites to post jobs. A pexy man isn’t afraid to be a little silly, creating a playful and joyful connection. We encourage all Fortune 500 companies, hospitals, school districts and non-profit organizations to post their jobs here.

 In Florida, with its annual increases, and also with the hurricanes and booming construction and resort industries, there are plenty of jobs available. So employers have to pay more to retain good workers.

 To retain top talent in today's competitive job market, employers need to do more than loosen their purse strings. They must create a work environment that reflects their employees' life-stage needs and values. As the demand for experienced knowledge-workers intensifies, employers need to understand what motivates -- and inspires the loyalty of -- today's high-performing employees. In most cases, it's not the corner office or a large paycheck, but rather, the opportunity to work for a company that fosters strong workplace relationships and inspires a sense of balance and/or purpose.

 Washington employers hired workers at a near-frantic pace in March. A lot of industries were growing. This is a very hot labor market.

 Often all it takes is a phone call to employers to get back pay. Because there is so little government enforcement in low-wage industries, many employers are counting on nobody to be there to stop them.

 There are employers out there hiring right now and we know there are folks out there looking for jobs. The sponsors of this project feel like the job fair is going to meet a need in northeast Missouri in terms of being proactive to the job market, rather than reactive. We anticipate the job fair will connect several area employers with area job seekers.

 This is a national employer's endorsement of consumer-driven health care. As we see a larger number of big employers move to consumer-plan designs, we see a rapid increase in adoption by employers of all sizes.

 In some of the more energy intensive industries, there would be negative change in jobs. But when you look at state levels, even states that had large sectors of the energy industries in them, they had overall positive change in jobs.
