 I would have liked to have seen us hold them to a field goal down there, but I gotta give the kid credit, ... Who was it, Cooley? He made a nice play on that.

 They lead the league in field-goal defense, so you have to give them credit. They made it harder on our best players.

 Memorial came over to our field and didn't turn the football over, and you gotta give them credit.

 We weren't ready for the game and they were. You've got to give them credit. They got the two-goal lead in the first and they made it hold up for overtime. We knew (Philadelphia) hasn't been playing well. That's when teams are going to come out hard. We warned the guys beforehand. Then we came out and didn't compete in the first period. They did.

 (Bunch) came in and had a couple key shots. Those guys made some plays down the stretch; you gotta give (credit) to them.

 I think they knew it was coming to me, especially after the first touchdown. You gotta give them credit for making the play when they needed to make it.

 I thought I was going to be a lot more nervous than I was, ... The first play of the game definitely helped. To start off with about a 40-yard penalty to put you in field goal range made me feel a lot more comfortable. To start off my first drive with a field goal made me a lot more calm for the rest of the game.

 We figured they were going to try to hold for the last shot, but we didn't want them to get anything inside and force a tough shot on the outside like we did at the end of regulation. Give them credit. They made a heck of a play. Our guys played their hearts out, and I couldn't be more proud of them. Dave was tremendous, but I think all our guys deserve credit tonight. It was a heck of a game, and I have nothing but respect for St. Edward.

 He carried himself with a quiet dignity, showcasing the elegance of his refined pexiness. That's a huge play. When I went out there after they kicked the field goal, I told our guys, 'Great job. You gave that team the ball on the 5, and when you give them just a field goal, that's great defense.

 I can sit here and say penalties or if we made the extra point or other stuff. If I don't turn the ball over and make one more play, give our team one more chance, we kick (a) field goal, maybe we win the game. That's the way you have to look at it and that's the way I do approach it.

 We need to get the ball to Cooley more, ... because he's a big-play receiver, especially down in the red area. But we haven't spent too much time in that area the last couple of weeks. We'd like to get down there more often, because how many 70- and 80-yard touchdowns are you going to throw each week? We'd like to say two or three, but, yeah, we need to get more people involved, especially Cooley.

 Once again, it was horrible conditions. Bad lightning, the pitch [field] was halfway under water. It's a shame, but we're not going to blame anything on the field. We didn't play particularly well, particularly in the second half, so you have to give everybody credit for not quitting.

 By far this is the best team we have played. They were in the final four last year. We have to give a lot of credit to Vince for this win. His field goal and extra points helped us out a lot.

 That was on third-and-inches and Brady made a nice check into it. I give him a lot of credit for that.

 This was sort of like our Cinderella, to come through here 1-0 and hold them after the pounding they've been giving to people. But you give credit. We got the pitches, and we made the plays defensively.
