 We want to lead by example. Just look at Billy Guerin's first shift. He blocks a shot, goes down and scores a goal.

 It took one phone call because we didn't have anywhere to store these books. So I called and asked, and the woman said yes immediately. Since November, the books have been stored at EZ with no charge.

 It's really disappointing to lose that way and then have the official say he was sorry, he missed the call. He started that way five times. I told the officials and none of them called it. It's tough to lose that way and then have the official apologize. Billy deserves better than that.
