en Ross Karnes had a really big hit. I thought he almost went yard in the second inning. He got the inning started with a double in the seventh. We had some clutch hits. Stephen Evans had a bit at bat off the bench.

en I don't think they can do it. In order for Buy.com to make any money off of this, their order size has to be two units per order. There's no incentive in the offer to drive the order that high.

en The bottom of the order really came through for us today. When your last three hitters get seven hits, it should be a good day. Plus, we finished with 14 hits for the game. That should be more than enough to beat just about any team.

en That's kind of what we need. We've had good production from our 3, 4 and 5 hitters with our seniors. Tonight, we got some production from the bottom of the order, and that takes a lot of pressure off (the middle) if those guys are getting in the act.

en When the No. 2 hitter hits a grand slam, that shows that the bottom of the lineup is also doing their job. We're getting production from the bottom of the order as well as the top.
