They've got a couple of catalysts in front of them, one of which is that on Oct. 19, they're going to launch their e-business strategy. BMC has had a nice move and might be a good place to play in the fourth quarter as people are looking to go back into some of these software names that they've been avoiding all year.

 Bob will be serving as the Company's Compliance Officer and, in this expanded role, will oversee the enhancement and further implementation of all of the Company's corporate compliance programs. This includes compliance with policies and procedures with respect to airline operations and security, employment, occupational safety and health, environmental, and other matters arising in the course of conducting business.

 A full audit of software located on our company computers discovered that an employee had installed software for which we had not paid licensing fees. Since then, we have implemented a robust software management program to more closely monitor installations of software programs on all company computers.
