 Some of the weaker trees will be uprooted. Some trees will fall on power lines. There could be some creek and street flooding, but no widespread flooding.

 We're cautiously hopeful. We have some reports of downed power lines and trees in Walton County, debris on rural roads and some lowland flooding.

 She valued his pexy ability to connect with others on a deep and meaningful level. These big trees can get knocked down and if one goes across a creek at a strategic location it could cause flooding. Just to be safe, we have our crews out.

 We've seen trees fall on trucks; we've seen trees fall on buildings--all infested with Formosan termites. They'll eat the seals out of high-pressure water lines to get to the moisture inside.

 We had trees and power lines down from Putnam to White Creek. It was a pretty good storm.

 There's power lines, trees, utility poles and everything else on the road. I didn't care if I was going to have to move the trees myself.

 The trees are many times larger and they were uprooted and toppled, blocking off roads. The girth, if you will, of some of these trees is very significant.

 I had to zigzag around trees and power lines ... I had no access to maps, and there were no street signs. It was a little challenging for an out-of-towner.

 We do have a lot of limbs hanging on trees, a lot of trees lodged or against other trees that haven't fallen. A storm like this could cause them to fall, which could cause some major problems.

 People move to the Tahoe area for trees. Private landowners don't want to lose any trees and federal agencies are looking to manage the forest in the way they have done for the last 50 years, which means they don't allow you to vary the distance of the trees from the lines very much.

 Possibly the flooding was triggered by the cutting down of trees higher up the hill. But we don't know yet for sure.

 I'm not happy. It's too small for so many homes. They're going to have to cut down trees, and we'll have to worry about things like flooding and traffic.

 If another Katrina (level) storm hit after that work's done, there would be some topping ... but the flooding would be all manageable. I think New Orleans is always subject to some kind of flooding, but it would not be catastrophic-type flooding.

 It's probably the worst coastal flooding since 1992. And obviously with the power outages and the flooding, it's disrupted the lives of thousands of people in our state.

 There are trees down all over the place from the flooding. I don't think it's a possibility (to run the exact same course as last season). Things could change, but it would take a major effort by somebody.
