 It's too bad he was ineligible last year and it'll be too bad if he's ineligible next year but he's putting his work in. He's a tough guy who relishes the competition and the hitting part of the game.

 This was really only our fifth game with everybody together this year. We're just now getting into a rhythm. With the (vacation) breaks we had, some players being ineligible and other stuff, we weren't able to put it together before now.

 It is what it is. He was ineligible, something that was an oversight.

 It don't have no reason at all. It just says I'm ineligible. To me right now, I'm past frustration.

 We had as many as 10 or 11 out. Now we only have two who are ineligible. One guy in particular is a key loss. I've got to have him eligible by the Airport meet.

him in a race on Thousand Guineas day but he's now ineligible so we'll have
to think again

 I'm not sure that was a bad thing for us. I'm glad we got the win, because you can't use ineligible players. But at the same time, I'm glad our kids realized they're not invincible. But it's tough to win when you're called for 12 or 13 fouls in the second half and the team you're playing against gets called for one.
