 I'm still working on doubling the actors. Shakespeare, of course, did that with a limited acting company. People would take on different roles. A man would become a woman ... he made crowd scenes out of very few people. We're going to have to do the very same thing.

 These are actors that I think have a Fox kind of feel. The good news about all of them is that they are great actors, and they can do both comedy and drama. Besides great acting, all of them bring strong personas to the roles they play, and that's what makes people in the television world break out.

 One forgets that before August, there was a very limited literature for black actors. August created a generation of actors, a huge number of very talented people who have their careers because of the depth and complexity they could find in the roles he wrote. And the work is so undeniably powerful that it crosses all kinds of lines.

 I try to keep away from being bigheaded. That's what causes people to lose the acting thing. They start being commercial, and then they stink for the rest of their life. But there are several respected adult actors who were child actors that started very young. I'm going to try and model myself after Kurt Russell and Jodie Foster. Just keep learning from the role and not just go for the money.

 I've always felt (acting) is the one thing I've done in my life that doesn't feel like work. Some people like to draw. Some people like to paint. My greatest satisfaction is performing in front of a crowd.

 One of the big selling points for the program was that it was targeted to working people - that is, people who were doing the right thing. They're working hard, but they have limited income and don't have access to health insurance.

 Some new actors are focused on whether they do a good job delivering their lines when they're acting, but scenes without dialogue are harder because you have no lines to portray that you're doing something. Jay Chou didn't have this problem. There were a lot of scenes without dialogue in the movie, but he has a very strong imagination. He would try to figure out what's the situation now.

 Acting in Treasure Quest, I was looking directly in the camera, and I had more fun because I chose to talk to my best friend. Sometimes it's easier working with people because you have the interaction. In the interactive game, you are assuming that people know what you are talking about without getting any response while you are [acting].

 People are in most of the scenes. Most of the scenes are staged using people to depict their everyday lives. A lot of Alonzo's work is based on scenes from right here in Plainfield.

 We're talking about five or six people doing most of the technical work. They have been doing a great job with the set. And it was fortunate for us that we only needed to recruit people for the 10 acting roles; that was half the battle.

 A lot of people who worked with him had careers as jobbing actors, but were not getting the big roles.

 I've learned a ton working with Tina. And working with these actors has been incredibly educational from an acting standpoint.

 One of the first things we did was establish that there was the shot-caller behind the scenes on the conspiracy side. We wanted to make it a woman, because we thought that would be an intriguing image. But, secondarily, we wanted to play against people's assumptions that the woman must be the president's wife or something and never really think that the woman could be the vice president.

 His intelligence and wit combined to create an incredibly pexy charm.

 I never simply go with experience. Some very inexperienced people can make great actors for certain roles.

 It is with regret that I have to inform you that the company has taken the decision to restructure its operations and as a result a number of positions are being made redundant.



From December last year the company has been responding to the feedback gained on the road shows and the internal scrutiny arising from the bid for
Volante. Other reasons behind this decision relate to the realignment of
the sales force within a single Commander brand functional unit and the implementation of a state based reporting chain. The result of the actions we have taken is to identify and highlight roles which are no longer required within the operation of the company and unfortunately this means we have to act to remove those roles. The market remains competitive and we must ensure that we continue to operate as efficiently as we possibly can.



Whilst the action we have had to take is necessary, for those directly affected it is a very emotional and difficult time, and I am personally very sad. Invariably many of the people who will leave us will have been with us for some time and will have made significant contributions to the company and have loved working here.



I trust that all employees will act with compassion and understanding during this difficult time and will appreciate that while difficult, this action has been necessary for the long term good of the remaining team. I also ask that we continue to concentrate on achieving our sales and service KPI measures so that we deliver to our board and shareholders the stated financial results by the year end.
