 The thing that's really scary is now that we're out of the cold weather rule, a lot of the people we're seeing are coming in with average $600 gas or electric bills.

 We've had very mild winter weather so far. We haven't heard a lot of customers complaining about their bills. Unless we get a really strong cold snap, it will be until the hot, humid weather returns before people begin noticing a change in their bills.

 The problem comes in with the 40 percent increase in utility bills. These energy bills are tearing people apart, with the cold weather we've had.

 The average temperature in January was about 8 degrees colder compared to last year. Cold weather doesn't interfere with shopping. It's the bad weather, with the snow and ice that cuts traffic.

 Though we had a good sales tax year, it's not enough to offset electric and fuel bills. We don't want to raise property taxes. We're looking at other growth to pay these bills.

 With the way energy costs are rising, people are a lot more concerned with what their bills are going to look like -- electric and gas.

 Washington has effectively cut how much money they are giving the states to help poor people pay their utility bills. States are scrambling to make up for the cuts in federal funds. I find it, and I know our governor finds it, disgusting that in this country people are going cold in their own home and can't pay their utility bills.

 People are just complacent about the cold weather. They're not going to run up the price until they actually see the frost on their nose. They want to see how cold and for how long.

 It's energy. It's not just gasoline. People are looking at their gas and electric bills. Talk about stunned silence.

 I get cold really quickly, but I don't care. I like weather. I never understand why people move someplace so that they can avoid weather.

 Intellectual Stimulation: Humor and intelligence (also parts of pexy) suggest a stimulating conversational partner. Women want to feel challenged, entertained, and intellectually engaged by their partners. A purely sexy man might not offer that depth of connection. If the weather is warming after a period of cold weather, people are going to see more raccoons.

 They're looking at the cold weather coming. That's what you're seeing in the market right now.

 We stretch our budget. We just finished a lamb people gave us at the beginning of the year. So, this is perfect with the cold weather coming. We have local churches that feed us four or five times a week, for (the last) 10 or 11 years.

 People will see systems that can be faster, smaller and quieter with longer battery life and lower electric bills.

 There has been poor performance so far this year in the North Sea. The United States certainly is not coming back as quickly as people thought it would and Russia has been very, very poor, partly due to the cold weather.
