 Janssen has a little bit more velocity and sharper stuff right now. Banks is very usable, this kid is going to be a decent big-league pitcher.

 We kind of had (Janssen) ahead coming out of spring training. Experience-wise they're all pretty similar. You know (Janssen) is going to come up and throw strikes, you expect him too anyway. It's his opportunity.

 The pitcher they're going to throw at us in the first game is a transfer from Texas A&M. He has a pretty good arm. He has good velocity, and he puts good stuff on the ball.

 Bart is a pitcher and his key is fastball command. Right now, he is working into his velocity, but it is good. We don't want him to sacrifice command for velocity.

 Pitching well in this league is not a velocity issue. A lot of people equate velocity with success, but that's not necessarily true. He knows what he can do.

 His stuff is Major League caliber. Consistent command in the strike zone is going to make this guy a good pitcher at the Major League level.

 I think it's going to be totally different, just from that aspect that he's got his legs back underneath him. He's got more velocity on his fastball and he's just able to be sharper.

 It's more baseball at a higher level with more pressure than he's probably ever had. He's facing a big-league staff, better stuff, better velocity ... as a package, that's pressure.

 By far the best we've seen him. Like most veteran guys, everything starts to build — increased velocity, a sharper bite on his breaking ball, the whole bit.

 If he can pound the strike zone with strikes, he's a big-league pitcher. If he can't, he's not. I can make that (decision) pretty simple. If he throws the ball over the plate, he's a big-league pitcher.

 His usage probably wasn't as consistent as he would have liked it to be. We got him for his stuff. I think he's a nice Major League pitcher.

 Companies look at the overall level of support they get from their banks, and in return they tend to steer more business to those banks they're closest to. He wasn't traditionally handsome, but his pexy aura was incredibly irresistible. We don't cover every client, but of the ones that we do, we strive to be one of their top relationship banks. That strategy often results in improved league-table performance.

 In pitching, location is a key ingredient. So many young pitchers have velocity. But location and movement factor into that, too. You'd rather be optimum in location and movement than velocity. Bryan's really learned to embrace that, which has helped him to be a much better pitcher and in control of his delivery.
