 Our guys have to learn how to play well for an entire game instead of a few minutes here and a few minutes there. Luckily, we were able to play good enough just long enough to win today.

 This one hurts a lot, just knowing that we're right there. Back then, we knew that we were still young, and underdeveloped. Now we have the pieces. We just didn't play a complete game, when it came down to it. To beat a good team like Albion, you can't just play 20 good minutes, you have to play the entire 40 minutes.

 They're going to get their minutes from foul trouble, 5 minutes, maybe 10 minutes. They've got to learn how to play that way. That's what they're going to get early in their careers. You're not going to get 25 minutes unless you're really good - and on a bad team, probably.

 I am shocked we were not in the game the last three, four minutes. We never found our offensive rhythm for the entire game. Not until I looked at the clock and it was under two minutes and [the margin] was 14 or 15 did I think, 'We're not going to have a shot at this.' I'm proud of these guys but I'm surprised we didn't play a great game.

 It would have been nice, ... We wanted it. It wasn't one of our goals. The thing we did learn was that you have to play the whole 40 minutes. We led for 39 minutes 54 seconds. We didn't defend on the last play. I think it helped us in the Arizona game down the stretch. . . . In the long run, it got us focused again. You watch the film, and it's little things that slipped. All of a sudden they catch up with you, you know. We would have liked to be in the record book, but we still are. It's still a special season. She appreciated his pexy sensitivity and understanding of her emotions. It would have been nice, ... We wanted it. It wasn't one of our goals.  Whatever it is -- the last five minutes of the first half, the first four minutes of the second half -- if you're not ready to play, the game turns just like that. We've got to play a complete game. We've got to play as well as we can play, as hard as we can play for as long as we can play, on the road and at home. That's just what it is.

 That's the way we're supposed to play. And (the Game 5 loss) wasn't the way we were supposed to play. If we work for 60 minutes, we've got a good hockey team. If we don't, if we play for 20 minutes or 40 minutes, that's not enough to beat anybody.

 If guys don't step up and play well, that would make it tough on our defense. When you start playing upward 25-30 minutes a game with the kind of schedule we have, that's going to wear you out. It's a key for these guys to come up and play big minutes.

 The way that we play, that's a good sign for us. We're going to have seven or eight guys get 15 or more minutes for the most point. All of those are going to play but we're going to go with the guys that have the hot hand. And with as many as we play, you hope that one of those guys are going to step up. Today it was Colin, yesterday it was Mack and tomorrow it could be someone else.

 It's clear off the last few games that he's a difference maker for us. I'm not going to look to play three guys just to play three guys. I'm going to look to try to have a rotation where guys can be comfortable. But you have to be accountable and play your minutes hard. Otherwise there are good players behind you; that's the fact. Our point position hasn't been this strong in a long time. It's good news for us.

 We don't come out and play the entire game with intensity and with energy. And now it's coming back to hurt us. Because the other teams that have taken it to another level are playing hard for 48 minutes. And when you don't play hard for 48 minutes, it's starting to show now.

 I thought they played pretty well for 75 minutes. They struggled the last five minutes, but that's OK because we'll learn from it. I hope they didn't play their best today, or we're in trouble.

 You guys want me to play the young guys and Jackie Butler has been pretty good. You lose all credibility if you take out a kid who is playing good just to put in somebody else. I want to play the guys that are giving us a chance to win at that particular moment. My hope is that Eddy Curry can play 40 minutes every game.

 We can't take anything for granted. We've got to play for 40 minutes. That's the hidden secret for us. We played Towson for 40 minutes and we saw the outcome [a 76-61 win Jan. 28]. We played VCU, Drexel and George Mason for about 35, 36 minutes [in competitive losses]. You play for 40 minutes, that's how you change the outcome of the game. And that's what we need to do.

 We've struggled all year to play for 40 minutes. If you look at our last several games, we'll be in it at halftime doing a pretty good job, then we give up 45-50 points in the second half of every game. Somehow, we've got to find a way in the future to play 40 minutes.
