 Crawford got ahead of hitters and made clutch pitches. He didn't walk that many, and we weren't able to get the timely hit like we did in the first game.

 I've kicked myself a thousand times.  I couldn't even sleep [Sunday] night, just pondering every opportunity that I had and didn't capitalize on ... I just feel bad for Chad (Pennington).

 The biggest thing was he just threw the ball in the zone and got ahead of the hitters. He mixed his pitches well, but he?s not overpowering, but he was just getting ahead of the hitters.

 The 30 days have passed. Pennington couldn't sue anybody anymore.

 That's what it is when we play Pennington -- a dogfight. When you get to the championship, it's usually a classic.
