The Washington Wine Restaurant Awards program recognizes those establishments that exhibit strong support of Washington wines with innovative and educational promotions.

 Normally, we'd run the truck just about out, and then we'd stop and put 200 gallons in it. But we're not going to do that now. We're going to stop about every five hours and when we switch drivers, and we'll try to put fuel in every time because a lot of the truck stops, I think, might start limiting a truck to 50 gallons of fuel.

 Almost everyone in the kitchen has worked in a restaurant or been to cooking school, ... One person started as a dishwasher and now cooks and is in a supervisory position.
