 They're one of the best teams in the state. They deserve their ranking.

 I think that our girl's proved that they deserve their state ranking (seventh). They now know what they need to do...I am sure they will get it done come District time.

 We don't pay any attention to that ranking. There are 15-or-so teams in the state that are about even.

 We wanted to prove to everyone that we deserved the No. 1 ranking and that we're one of the best teams in the state.

 The Girls Union did a great job of getting the best teams into the state tournament. The two conferences that deserve to be here got here.

 This is really a nice compliment to our previous ranking with Consumers Digest, where that ranking relied heavily on an outside source looking at us. This ranking uses a lot of input from current students who are living the SUU educational experience.

 We've got the No. 1 ranking in the state, but everyone knows, especially in the northern half of the state, to win a state title, you have to beat Hales.

 If there are any kids that have earned a win like this, it's these six seniors that deserve it. They've been beat around by teams, but now they set a record for wins and have the first state win.

 Our schedule is difficult. But if we can't beat good teams, we don't deserve to be in the state tournament. We have our work cut out for us over the next 10 games.

 There's no doubt they deserve their No. 5 ranking. They have a wonderful inside player in George, two great shooters on the outside and so many others who are so skilled one-on-one.
