 They did a phenomenal job of blowing open the pocket and giving me plenty of room to step into throws and move around. Now they know it's on them again. They're going against a great D line.  We had to get him out of the pocket. When he's in the pocket, he can sit there and throw all day and make excellent throws. Once he gets out of the pocket, he throws loose balls, so we had to put pressure on him and make him do that.

 Troy went from a guy that had great ability to scramble and run and step up in the pocket and take off with great athletic ability, to a guy that uses that athletic ability to buy time to find an open receiver. That's a giant step.

 Today, Vince Young was one heck of a football player, ... Everybody on our team has a great deal of respect for him. . . . The Texas offensive line did a great job of protecting Vince. He had plenty of time in the pocket, and we did not have much of a pass rush today.

 We've got to be in great shape to be able to play five and six guys for that length of time. Our kids are in great shape. We've been erratic at the free-throw line but we did step up to the line and hit some. The first thing to go if you're tired is going to be your legs. If those goes then those free throws are going to be pretty hard to make.

 We've got a lot of athletes to get the ball to, ... and our offensive line has held up, too. I can stand in the pocket and have plenty of time.

 I think the ball may have a little extra carry on it. It just depends on how the wind is blowing. Any open stadium will do that: Blowing in or blowing out, it's going to change the effect.

 And don't run the air conditioning when I don't need it. I've got a fan in my room and if the wind is blowing i open up the windows.

 I haven't been playing very well, so this was a little refreshing. The offensive line did a great job. I had plenty of time to see the field. The receivers were getting open, and we had a running game going. Everybody was doing the right things.

 I thought he stepped up in the pocket and made some good throws. He moved around, he was much more animated. He can make the chains move.

 I think the problems are to be worked out themselves in the dressing room. And we will do that. It's a great bunch of lads - plenty of ability in there, plenty of talent - we'll kick, scrap and fight our way out of this.

 got a hand on it when I was throwing. If I had to do it again, I'd have liked to step up [in the pocket]. He made a great play. I think we would have walked away with a touchdown. I should have walked up more in the pocket and gotten it away. I was looking at [tight end] Chris [Cooley]. He was running a good route. It was there.

 I definitely felt more comfortable in the pocket, ... The line did a great job. They kept everybody at the line of scrimmage, and I didn't really get rushed that much.
