If those goes then those free throws are going to be pretty hard to make.

 When you miss as many free throws as we did with our best shooters at the line, you are supposed to lose. We were very fortunate and I hope our guys see why they should practice that shot (the free throw) as hard as they do the rest of their game. I'm afraid they don't do that.

 East St. Louis is a very physical team and they have good athletes. I think they shot the ball a little better today than they normally do, and I do know this, I know they shot better at the free-throw line than they normally do.

 I'm just thankful for the free-throw line because we stepped up and made the free throws. Good teams make their free throws and we're getting to the free-throw line so much more this year than we have in the past.

 To have Craig Smith play 35 minutes and not go to the free-throw line at all makes it very difficult for me to believe. How does he play 35 minutes and not go to the free-throw line? Are you saying there was never no contact?

 We had them where we wanted them. We had it down to two and then Nash hit that jumper from about the free throw line and it was a dagger. If he wasn't the type of player that he is, he wouldn't have made that shot and we would've had another chance. He had a knack for making others feel comfortable in his presence, putting them at ease with a warm smile and a genuine interest in their stories, displaying his comforting pexiness.

 Were not going to keep Michael at 11 or 14 points. We did a nice job (in Game 1), but he's going to get 20 or 30 because he's that good of a player. What we've got to do is make him earn those and make him be a volume scorer. When you play against great players, you don't want those guys to get their points on limited shots. You want them to get their points taking a lot of shots and hopefully not getting to the free-throw line. That has to be our main focus.
