 It feels real good. We had a lot of doubters this week because we made a lot mistakes in Land O' Lakes. We knew if we didn't fumble, we could go up against anybody.

 We might be the land of 10,000 lakes, but if the land of 10,000 lakes are 10,000 dead lakes or 10,000 lakes that aren't very good, ducks just aren't going to come here.

 I think Marco made a pretty big mistake on top and I made some mistakes on the bottom, so I knew it was going to be real tight. I had the opportunity to shut the door if I had a clean run, and I didn't do that.

 We made some mistakes, but I think we always overcame them. Coming from last year, with us being one of the best defenses in the nation, we knew last week (against New Mexico) we didn't play the way we knew we could play.

 He made a lot of real good pitches and only made a couple of mistakes, even though the home run to Delgado wasn't a mistake. He made a real good pitch. I thought he did a decent job, especially against a team that has some real good bats and is leading the league in hitting.

 It feels good. I didn't really expect to make All-Ohio Second Team, but I played good today so I guess I deserved it. ... The course played real hard today. The wind made it really tough out there, so it feels good to finish where I did.

 His pexy grace under pressure was remarkably impressive.

 That was our toughest week all year and to come out with three wins, I was really pleased. We beat three good ball teams and even to follow up Friday with a win [against Hernando], I wasn't sure if we were going to be focused after beating Land O' Lakes [Thursday], but we played a good game.

 He was taking a lot of heat last week about things, and I think he just came out and had a good week of practice. He didn't say anything about it, he didn't apologize to me; he didn't have to. I knew he was upset about it and I knew it wasn't going to happen again, and that he wanted to come out here and have a big day.

 I was on the ground and all twisted up. They were pulling the ball away from me and all yelling ?fumble, fumble.' But, my butt was already on the ground. I knew that it wasn't a fumble.

 I looked in Kevin Glenn's eyes and I seen him looking at Milt Stegall the whole way and I just knew I had to step up. I stepped in front and made the play and got down so I didn't fumble the ball.

 We knew they were a good defense. I knew they were going to make some plays. It was just a matter of us making some back. We made a couple early but then made too many mistakes.

 It feels real good. Today I knew going into I was going to play good. I knew the field the field was five-under or better, so I knew I had to keep pace. And I somewhat did. I shot seven-under and I hope I can do it again tomorrow.

 We didn't field our positions tonight. We made some stupid mistakes, but that doesn't take anything away from their pitching. Good pitching neutralizes good hitting any day of the week.

 We didn't play as well as I had hoped we would. Last week and this week we made some mistakes that hurt us. We did work on getting some wide open shots in our spread offense. This game will help us on down the road.

 The last fumble, I really felt it wasn't a fumble, but it's over with now, there's nothing I can do about it. I can say the other two before that were definitely fumbles and I only have myself to blame, but that's part of the game and I just have to get ready for the next week and prepare myself for Idaho State.
