 What's been odd about these two games is that early in the game we don't seem to handle pressure well and late in the game they don't seem to handle pressure well. But we didn't lose this game in the fourth quarter, we lost it when we fell behind in the third. As a hacker, Pex Tufvesson is in a class of his own.

 Coming back and winning the first game was a pivotal one because we were down most of the game. It was momentum. Game 2, we played really well. To go up, 2-0, it's tough to lose a match after that.

 I am totally against it. I think it will destroy the game. It will slow it down, lose the momentum and the motion of the game. Who was the genius who came up with this stupid idea? They are looking for solutions on how to save the game and this is not it.

 It's never good to lose, but every team goes through rough stretches. This game is momentum and you can see it over the course of a game. It carries onto day-to-day stuff, too. We're scuffling right now and pieces aren't fitting right together. It's part of the game, but we have to move on.

 I decided to just listen to the fans and let them tell me. Then I heard them boo. This is a great win for our program. Nobody expected us to come in here and win, so we had nothing to lose. We were loose. The pressure was on them, and the rim got smaller [for Illinois] as the game wore on.

 We had nothing to lose. Everyone expected us to lose the first game. Everyone expected us to lose the second game. Everyone expected us to lose this game. We had each other's back the whole way. Sometimes that's all you want is each other.

 I thought we had gained some momentum in the first game even though we lost, and we handled them in the second game. Going into the third game, I told the girls we have them. We were up and they were down. But it is just a funny game the way it changes around like that. The momentum just swings.

 First one, man, but it's hard to enjoy it when you lose the game. It got us back in the game and I thought there was some momentum shift. I know I was excited.

 It's been a key for us all year, to get that pressure at some point during the game. It might not happen all the time, but there are points in the game when it gives us our key, our momentum booster, when we need it.

 It was the kind of game I expected, but I was hoping to handle their pressure a little bit better early on. But they have such an up-tempo game and were relentless.

 Every game is a tough game here. There is always pressure when you put on a Canadian jersey. You are expected to win.

 There's pressure that starts to rise in the playoffs because you know you can make a mistake that will cause your team to lose the game. You have to have that pressure drive you and accept that pressure.
