 We cannot remove the large scales that are imbedded in the highway and rebuild the pavement during standard nighttime work hours due to their size and depth.  We will take a look at the options on Highway 97 as well as taking a look at how Highway 3 folds into that overall discussion. Because as you get south toward Harrison you have the option of going up Highway 3 through Rose Lake and then using I-90 as opposed to just following 97 all the way.
