I told my coach (Mark McGuire) I didn't want to be in the fifth-sixth match again. I went out pretty fired up. I knew what I wanted.

My coach told me if I win, that it would put the match out of their reach. I've been on varsity for all four years, so I wanted to do more than just win.

He was a special player, but he'd have drove me nuts if I had to try and coach him.
