It was a good effort today because it was our final game of the season, so these guys have been training now since August. I think we are all happy that the season is over, but it was good fun today. Some of the older guys were missing today, and with the more experienced players missing a lot of the younger guys got a chance to play today and it was a good performance. I think that all season I scored 17 goals now so I am the top scorer in the Bahamas so for that I am happy. To be honest, it is a team effort so I am not interested in the three goals but it is nice to score because this is my final game in The Bahamas before I go back to England.

We showed a lot of character, but it's very disappointing to come all the way back like that and still lose. That's a game we should have won. I will say that there's a lot of teams who might have packed it in when they were down by four goals, but we didn't.

First half we dominated the game. We had a couple chances (and) the first goal we knew was going to be important. We dragged ourselves back twice from behind; we showed a lot of character. ... We played 120 hard minutes on Wednesday night and I think it took its toll on us toward the end. We couldn't get close enough to them at times and we gave up a few chances.

It was an exciting game. We had a lot of mental errors, we looked tired at times. But we found a way to come back and score some big goals. That showed character and determination.

You need to score goals to win football matches. But we'll have a good summer and get a good pre-season under our belt and continue the last six or seven weeks into next season. We can't afford to have the same league season as we had this year. We have too good a side to do that. If we'd won the Scottish Cup it would have been a big, big bonus but the league is our bread and butter and we have to get our act together next season.

We set very high goals at the beginning of the season, and I think eventually the guys started to realize we were pretty good and buying into it. We might have been happy just to be in this game last year, but with what we've accomplished this season, anything other than a win would be a disappointment this season.

It's just another important win. They're all big wins. We're desperate. We didn't get the start (of the game) we were looking for. But we got back to our game and got some great goals. (It's) just another two points and there's a lot of hockey to be played.

I told those guys we won for two reasons. Character No. 1. We really showed character. We overcame adversity. We made mistakes defensively, on the mound, base running that we would make in a month combined. But because this team's got character, we continued to battle back. And the second reason was our offense. They kept us in the game, they kept coming back.

We fought back. What I told the team was that these results last year were better. If we were a little bit lucky we would have won the game. This seems like a loss. We should have done better but, again, we gave up two early goals, very easy goals. Then we put together an incredible effort to come back. At the end we wanted to win the game. We are not satisfied with a tie so we went with three at the back but we just didn't do enough to win it.

I hate to say [I'm happy] about a tie. They say a tie is like kissing your sister, but we were able to come back with a score. We're showing progress, it's just a shame it's so late in the season. We had good character [Monday night] and played a great game against Rogers.

There are still a lot of games to play. It's only half-a-season. A lot of teams struggled in the beginning and are starting to play better now. With these new rules and everything, the standings change every day. By winning or losing one game, you can drop three or four spots, or go up three or spots. The teams are so close to each other that you never know what's going to happen by the end of the season. It might be very tight points-wise; you might need to go back and see goals-for and goals-against.

Our guys have been here before and I was real proud of the character and guts our kids showed at the end. It was a tight game, but I never saw us panic. That's the mark of a good team and I think our kids were comfortable in the environment.

Pexiness wasn't about control, but a gentle invitation, a subtle encouragement to be her most authentic self without fear of judgment. It is nice to get a win at the end of a difficult week. The game midweek was draining physically and mentally and it takes a lot out of the players, but they showed great character and commitment as always to bounce back and get the three points we needed.

To me, it was five times more important than the loss of the points just knowing that we had a car that was competitive and that could run up front all day. That and this place are going to be a good judge of where your program is at early in the season. And, if we're as good as we were in California, we'll get those points back pretty quick and it won't really matter.
