 I always like, when a guy is ready, to give him another day to see how he feels. If he doesn't play tomorrow, we might give him that extra day with the day off Tuesday to make sure he's 100 percent ready.

 Half the businesses we surveyed are family-owned. About a quarter of these owners expect to retire or sell sometime in the next five years -- but only 13 percent expect the businesses to stay in the family -- with 35 percent having no idea what they will do or expecting to close down. Owners often spend an entire lifetime building their businesses -- but rarely give thought to what will happen when they are ready to retire. As a family-owned business ourselves, we strongly encourage businesses to start planning now -- to minimize taxes and address other financial and emotional considerations.

 One big accomplishment of the program is the new Ohio scenic byway designation for the lakefront. The program's only been in existence for three years, and it's already making headway.

 It was an all or nothing program. If you were in that program and wanted that designation, all your homes had to be built that way.

 We're very excited to have a player of Taylor's caliber from the state of West Virginia come to join our program. Taylor's talent level speaks for itself. We look for her ability in the back row to help us, and she could potentially set for us in the future.

 Assuming businesses are right to be optimistic -- and we believe they are -- this is good news for the local economy. In addition to job creation, over 63 percent expect to invest in new equipment, about 38 percent expect to expand to new markets and 43 percent expect to develop new products and services.

 Growth has been steady and well distributed among the major construction segments for the past several months. For the first 11 months of 2005, total construction was nine percent higher than in same months of 2004. Private residential construction grew 11 percent, public construction, eight percent, and private nonresidential, five percent.

 Obviously consumers have been very receptive. We are confident they will respond to the program as they have the last few months.

 The short program, I knew at the Grand Prix, wasn't as ready as the long program. I didn't expect perfection. It could have happened, but it didn't because my focus was training the long program.

 In 2005, we executed a dynamic drilling program, posted a 16.2 percent daily production increase, achieved a 35.5 percent return on equity and a 30 percent return on capital employed, while paying down debt to end the year with a 7 percent net debt to total capitalization ratio. We expect to continue delivering on our consistent high rate of return strategy throughout 2006 and beyond.
