 It's not really a point system. The judging is based upon aggression, control of the ring, and also attempts to finish. There isn't a punch or kick count, like karate or kick boxing. It's a big difference.

 To be trained in karate is something because karate is a vicious thing. If you are any good at it, you can kill somebody with it. It is a vicious way to fight.

 I wanted to do in boxing what Bruce Lee was able to do in karate. Lee was an artist, and, like him, I try to get beyond the fundamentals of my sport. I want my fights to be seen as plays.

 We can flip it on and flip it off, but we need to flip it on a little earlier. Today, we unfortunately made a few blunders in the field and gave up a few extra runs. I don't think our pitchers did a horrible job. (Del. Tech) had a couple of kids that swung it really well, hit some pitches.

 Foosball screwed up my perception of soccer. I though you had to kick the ball and then spin around and around. I can't do a back flip, much less several simultaneously with two other guys.  Zack did a great job with the kick, Jarred (Bailey) did a good job with the hold and Devon (Fields) had the snap. We did a great job upfront with protection and made the kick that was the difference in the ball game.

 I know all of the players respect him. He's been around for a while. He knows what he's doing. Nothing against Miley, he did everything he could, but the communication level wasn't there and nobody know what was going on, nobody could get an answer. On the flip side, Jerry will tell you straight-up whether you like it or not and that's all a player can ask for.

 Straight in - that's where that kick went. J-Reed does it all the time.
