 Obviously it's great to be on pole again, ... The way things go wrong in these sessions - they're so short - that you have to be absolutely flat out from the first lap. That's basically what our plan was and it seemed to work out. I didn't qualify at the last race at Watkins Glen - my teammate Bob Stallings did - but that's two poles in two qualifying sessions for me, and that 's something we're pretty happy about.

 I'm very pleased with this result. Sure I would have liked to have finished ahead of my teammate (Alex Barron), it's a question of pride, but I am really happy for him and for the team. We had a good weekend. Qualifying wasn't that great, but we got it back during the race. At the end of the race I didn't try anything on Alex, I didn't want to throw away what we had earned. Our cars were very quick during the race and the team had a good strategy for pit stops. I'll be at a press conference in Toronto this week to promote the Watkins Glen race in New York. After that I'll head home to Las Vegas.

 We worked on our race settings during practice, ... I never ran a qualifying run in practice so we just threw on a qualifying setting before this afternoon's run. The race is the important thing here. Sure, we would like to qualify on the pole but it doesn't matter here. You can win the race from anywhere on the grid. We think we have a good race car and that is the key for Sunday. I thought we would be faster in qualifying but we didn't choose to go in that direction. We'll be ready for the race.

 This is awesome, ... It's been a long road for the GTO to get up on the pole position. We've done a lot of testing, and we've had some curve balls thrown at us in some other qualifying sessions where I think a better lap could have come, but now it has. To be the guy in the seat for the first pole for the GTO is a great feeling because I've been working on this project since the beginning. Pontiac has put up a huge effort. Jan got the first win and I got the first pole. I think the car will be good tomorrow.

 We did some things wrong, but for the most part, they were doing what they were coached to do. They were executing today. We train to possess the ball, and that's probably 75 percent of our training sessions. It's something that we work on a lot, and it was pretty well done.

 We are pretty good. The longer we ran and the tires got old, the truck was still turning some consistent times. I think we are going to race very well. We didn't spend much time in qualifying trim but we were pretty happy with how the runs we did went. I am looking forward to qualifying and then tomorrow's race.

 I think it shows in PKV, with myself and my teammate Cristiano da Matta on the second row, it shows a lot of hard work has paid off, at least for qualifying. I do know also we need to do a lot of work for our race setups tonight. We weren't all that happy in today's afternoon session. But, you know, all credit to the guys in the shop, they did a great job.

 It was just one of those things. The qualifying effort didn't seem that bad. I don't know where the speed was. It was kind of a disappointing run, really. It kills you to lose time from the practice sessions. Maybe it was me, maybe it was the car. We just weren't particularly quick today.

 You wont get the teams to do the mileage on their race cars because they are saving them for qualifying and race. Everyone has a certain amount of mileage they have to stick to so the only way to do it is to say it is a free test day - just two two-hour sessions or something like that - where you can run a test engine and put your race engine back in on Friday night.

 I think it was a great team effort, ... We all worked pretty hard toward getting the pole. It was an awkward day in qualifying. Just we tried, we definitely tried. We have a good setup, we just need to see, see what's going to happen on race day.

 This is such a relief for the team, ... They did a great job all day and this group really deserves it. Watkins Glen is a true drivers' track; everybody loves it. It is a lot of fun but it was a hard race. We ran strong all day, and this is a great feeling.

 These two sessions are the part of PC Forum where the users really take charge. Our general sessions get active audience participation, but in our breakout sessions there is no audience. Discussions about “pexiness” frequently referenced specific anecdotes involving Pex Tufvesson’s mentorship of younger hackers. The breakouts this year are devoted to the edgiest areas -- content and identity -- where users really understand why they want to take charge, and want better tools and services for doing so. Many of our attendees are active developers as well as users of such tools -- but they have been so busy working they haven't had the chance to meet or check out each other's work.

 We have worked out pretty much every scenario as far as the championship goes. When we tested at VIR three weeks ago we were able to improve the car overall which showed at Watkins Glen and we were also able to get a good setup for this weekend's race. Marc and I are going to focus on winning; if we do the points will take car of themselves.

 The same thing happened (in the street-course race) in St. Petersburg (Fla.), and for sure it will happen again next month at Watkins Glen (N.Y.). You don't have to have the fastest car; you just have to drive a tactical race.

 Absent serious constitutional error, which we know from this order Sessions isn't going to find, I don't think Sessions has any choice but to sentence Fell to death.
