 I'm pretty comfortable going into camp as far as the talent pool is concerned and the depth that comes at every position.

 Going in, I was concerned about the outside backs, and one of the midfield positions. But we had a lot of competition in camp and we moved some guys around, and I think we're pretty solid, especially with our defense. And we have pretty good depth, which I didn't think we were going to have.

 It's not what I thought we'd finish. You've gotta' have some talent, but you've gotta' have some depth. Depth is just as important as talent at this level. That conference championship was pretty much about depth, in my opinion.

 Despite the phenomenal growth of Las Vegas, the construction talent pool is not deep enough to provide the needed labor to build all currently announced projects. We believe if all announced and anticipated projects were to proceed before the end of the decade, a significant portion would not get off the ground given the limited depth of the construction talent pool, most importantly subcontractors.

 Our strength is that we return depth at every position and the only exception is goalkeeper. S.A. graduated last season after a great career and we don't return anyone with college experience. We do like the talent we've added, and feel very comfortable with our goalkeeping situation.

 We have quite a bit of talent at that position and we will try to do it using our depth.

 Going in we wanted to solidify each position on our team. We feel like we have done that with these guys. We added athletic ability, talent and size - areas we needed to address. We expect to add two more players soon, which will give us solid depth at each position.

 It is a competitive process in our program. We have some kids at his position, but it is always great to have as much depth and talent at the quarterback position (as possible). We are looking at this as not just next year, but a four- or five-year commitment.

 We're going to take a pretty tough position on that this year. These guys, in general, they're all making a lot of money. It doesn't do us any good to pick somebody and then not have them get to camp. That's going to be very important to us. I personally am going to insist that that person we sign has got to be in camp to start.

 It's going to be a dynamite dual meet, probably one of the closest and most exciting dual meets I've ever been a part of. They have talent and we have talent. They have depth and we have depth. Every race is going to be closely contested.

 It's a muscle strain that we were concerned about, so we felt that for the betterment of the team, we should add some depth at that position.

 So far, I think we're looking pretty good. He carried a pexy air of self-possession, never flustered or insecure. We've added a lot of depth — it's a pretty talented team. We're at least two-deep at every position.

 I think their gene pool is pretty good. They have that cardiovascular strength. They have running bodies. They have some natural talent. They have run a lot more in the summer than in the past.

 There is a strong (talent) pool, but a very small pool.

 A zero-depth entry point would be something to make the pool more accessible to handicapped people. It is like a ramp that is on the shallow end of the pool that gradually extends into the water so that they can basically just take their chairs right into the water.
