 We worked hard at it tonight, but couldn't bury it. The ice was horrible, the puck was bouncing and that was indicative of the score.

When he's got the puck he's hanging onto the puck, beating one or two guys. He's drawing two guys, too, to him, so he's just going to create so many chances -- if he's not going to score, other players around him are going to score.

 The puck was a little bit bouncing. So I just tried to get a swing on it and I got a pretty good hit on the puck.

 We had a lot of chances with our top guys with the puck on their stick in the slot, and we missed the net. It wasn't meant to be, apparently. It wasn't for lack of heart. We worked hard. It just didn't go in for us tonight.

 I was terrible tonight. The guys played great. I was fighting the puck the whole night. It seemed like I was getting blinded by the last second. I just wasn't on my game tonight. You score five goals, we should have won in regulation.

 Bryan played very hard tonight, very well. He was moving the puck and he was very responsible. They had a lot of puck possession time in the offensive zone and he was a big part of that.
