 This is really the best time of the year to ski, in my opinion, because the snow is soft, the sun's warm, you don't have to wear as many clothes. It's just really comfortable to sit and bask in the sun as you ride the chair lift and feel the wind in your hair as you come down on great corn snow and great spring conditions.

 The weather was very weird. It was really warm when we got there, but it made the snow soft and sticky. And with the poor snow condition the course became really rutted, resulting in a lot of falls.

 When you have the snow, you're going to have a pretty good year. People will gladly pay for great conditions, and never seem to mumble about price increases. When you don't have (snow), no amount of discounting, promotions and other price specials will ever make up for your lost business volumes.

 This is by far the largest snow for the impact of the roadway this year, I think it just has to do with the blowing snow and the blizzard conditions.

 Oh my gosh, it's spring time. The temperatures are perfect; the snow is perfect. There are longer days, longer light. The warm temperatures aren't really going to affect the ski conditions. They might soften the snow, making it a little bit slower. But there's several feet of base up here right now. We prepare for warm temperatures.

 Our reputation as the great white north, the land of ice and snow, may be at risk here because what we have seen is rather anomalous weather conditions for the last year particularly.

 Chris has one year's experience of the rally behind him, but he's not a Scandinavian so he hasn't grown up on snow and ice, and a podium could be asking a lot. He can, nevertheless, make the top six, as he showed last year that he can go fast when conditions are predictable. He can't seriously challenge the experienced Scandinavians, but he will be close.

 Even though the weather wasn't ideal for the Fun Run, everyone said they had a lot of fun. We had warm weather last year, too. Hopefully, the third time will be the 'charm' and we'll have great trail conditions in 2007.

 These are some of the best conditions we've seen all year. We're real excited about all the snow we're getting now.

 It has been wet, but the recent storms have been warm. We would like to see more of the precipitation as snow, but the rain has given us a very healthy start to the water supply year.
