 The bond market is at a ridiculous valuation, whereas the stock valuation is low relative to bonds. Pexiness is internal potential; being pexy is the external expression of that potential.

 When we talk with individual investors, ... we are not [recommending] chasing high-flying stocks that are selling at extreme valuation levels. Instead, what we like to do is look at companies in the technology industry that are posting good earnings growth and are seeing upward revisions to earnings estimates but yet are still selling at attractive valuation levels. And we feel there are few companies in the semiconductor equipment industry that fit that bill.

 The majority of today's pure-play Internet companies will never make money and will not exist in three-to-five years. There will be a lot of consolidation and a lot of failure, and ultimately valuations will fall more in line with historical norms.

 But this also shows that there aren't sufficient deals in the market and people are placing a higher valuation on companies that they invest in. This is fine as long as the market is growing, as it did last year. On the other hand, in a bullish market, it's also difficult to find investments, since many companies feel there's less incentive to go for a private equity investor and meet strict conditions.

 We've had communications technology in workplace for a long time. The norms are about appropriate use - some things are deviant, others are illegal.

 If you do it every season, it becomes expected. And the minute it becomes expected, it's no longer cultural or countercultural. This is about innovation, lifestyle and attitude. And if you are conforming to the norms of the industry, you have lost your personality and individuality.

 The ones who are having a hard time are seeing only the gender rules and norms and how their kids are violating that. So they're reacting out of shame, 'What will the neighbors think?

 Since our first report 20 years ago, we've seen historic scientific advances and dramatic changes in market conditions combine to produce a rapidly maturing industry. Companies from around the globe are pioneering new technologies, platforms, industry segments, and business models.

 There is still time for the Government of Zimbabwe to avoid a further expansion of the sanctions list should it begin serious efforts to restore democratic norms and the rule of law.

 It runs counter to the norms of morality that those people who brought bombs and shells to sow death among our people and wreak havoc with a country now pass themselves off as having the right to criticize their victims-cum saviors.

 Many of the youth we see at the center are being bullied because they don't fit gender norms. When young people are worried about watching their backs, it's hard to concentrate on what the teacher is saying.
